BONDS are posted to you on the day you return the camper, or the very next day. Only exception is if there is damage done that we cannot get a price for quickly. More than 99 % of hirers receive their full bond back. We can see no reason why others would make you wait up to 28 days for your bond. |

Roads Campers are not permitted off sealed roads (except for short tracks into parks) or on actual beaches. Areas including Gnaraloo, Cape Levique, Gibb River Road, Cape Arid (Esperance),Millstream, Karijini Eco Retreat, Mt Augustus, and similar places are not permitted. Camps Campers should not be within 100 metres of a camp fire. |

Accidents should be reported to nearest Police station and camper and any loose fittings secured. Insurance does not cover personal effects, fares, accommodation, or annexes and awnings. An excess of $500 applies to all claims. Drunken or unlicensed drivers pay all. Hirers to be over 25 years and under 75yrs Refer to Insurance page on left. |

Cleaning All campers shall be returned clean including bed end flys, annexes, poles, ropes etc. A charge of $50 per van and & $50 per annexe is payable if this is not done. A further charge will be made for campers stained with red mud or dust and for fridges with fish smells. Driving at night is dangerous due to wildlife and is discouraged. Short hire periods to far distant places (eg 1 week to Coral Bay or 2 weeks to Broome are also discouraged. Please catch a plane. |

Damage shall be immediately reported to us and camper returned early if major work required. All damage caused by off road use is payable by the Hirer including towing and salvage costs. Tyres are the responsibility of the Hirer. Tyre damage and blowouts are caused by speeding and long trips without rest. Tyres to be replaced with similar size, rating and quality. We will pay pro rata at our discretion. Towbars No van will leave our premises if your towbar is not rated sufficiently. Check your manual. |
